Either party may terminate services with prior notice according to plan agreements. Violation of TOS may result in immediate termination of services.
7. Liability
Alini Solution is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected services in the previous 12 months.

All content, logos, and software of Alini Solution are our property. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify without consent.
9. Governing Law
These TOS are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved in Kenyan courts unless otherwise agreed.
